Part of our vision at St. Peter’s is to Go out into the world to make God known. We do this through missions in our community, our state, our nation, and our world. We participate in missions as a church and in partnership with other organizations in our community. Watch for ways you can change lives and share God’s love through service.

Over the past ten years, multiple Katy churches of varying denominations have endeavored to unite the people of Katy in a spirit of Thanksgiving to God, while serving our neighbors in need with prayer, home cooked food, home goods, and connections to local non-profit services.  Again, this year the feast steering committee decided that our participating Katy Feast churches will partner with Katy Christian Ministries to provide side dishes that are needed for families to prepare their own Thanksgiving Feast.  KCM will then distribute a box of ‘feast fixings’ along with a donated turkey to each family they see during the month of November.

This Advent season St. Peter’s Mission Ministry is excited to be partnering with the Fort Bend County Foster Care community to meet the needs of 100 children currently living in foster homes. Beginning this week, a Sign-up Genius will be on the website with a wish list of 3 items per child, with each item listed separately per child. These wish lists are created from what the children might want, as well as their needs, based on evaluation from their foster family and social workers. You can bring the gifts till December 7, 2022 to the church lobby.

Please DO NOT wrap any items but return items with the child’s id# and name affixed to each item, written clearly and visibly.
