St. Peter's Facility Use  & Communication Request Forms

In order to book a room or use our facility, please do the following:

1) Please read over our Facility Use Policy and fill out "Save the Date" Request form. This form will allow our staff to check and ensure that the date and location are available. 

2) Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email from our Facilities Team,  with a link to forms regarding your facilities and communications needs. 

*Please note that all promotion is subject to the approval of the Communications Director.
