St. Peter’s United Methodist Church is excited to announce that we will be hosting our annual Pick-a-dilly Craft Fair on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This will be our 29th year hosting this event, and each year our fair gets bigger and better! We hope you will join us for this event, which will be held just in time for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas! Proceeds from Pick-a-dilly Craft Fair and Silent Auction will benefit St. Peter’s United Methodist Church Missions – we thank you in advance for your support!
Please note that our registration fees have changed this year. Indoor and outdoor vendor booths are available for a discounted rate during Early Bird Registration, which will be held from May 1- Aug. 1. During Early Bird Registration, pricing for indoor booths is $75 and pricing for outdoor booths is $50. Beginning Aug. 1, pricing for indoor booths will increase to $100 and pricing for outdoor booths will increase to $75. For returning 2018 vendors, 2018 space assignments will be held through Early Bird Registration. After Aug. 1, space assignments will be made on a first-reply basis. Please note that booth assignments will not be made until registration is complete and payment is received. Please see the following additional information regarding booth options:
Booth size is approximately 8 x 10 ft. indoors and 10 x 10 ft. outdoors.
Many outdoor booths under the covered walkway are 12.5 x 5 ft.
Space (outdoor) is available in the front parking lot; vendors must provide own canopy (if desired).
Electricity is available for some indoor booths, but availability is limited and will be assigned on a first-reply basis. Exhibitor must provide extension cords. Electricity is very limited for outdoor booths.
DISPLAY TABLES ARE NOT PROVIDED. For indoor booths only, one chair is provided.
Indoor booths are air conditioned.
As part of the Pick-a-dilly Craft Fair, St. Peter’s will be hosting a silent auction. A donation from each vendor participating in the event is required and will be collected on the morning of the event. All donations are tax deductible, and you will be given a receipt for your records.
Pick-a-dilly Craft Fair welcomes handmade and national brands to present their merchandise; however, there is a limit of one vendor per national brand product. Representatives of national brands must follow all guidelines as set forth by the company they represent.
The Pick-a-dilly Craft Fair is a highly publicized, established fair in the West Houston/Katy area, and we are excited to host another great event this year! Please note that payment is non-refundable. The VENDOR ENTRY DEADLINE IS OCT. 1, 2019, however indoor booths historically sell out well in advance of this deadline.
