Mental health is the foundation of a thriving family! We know stress from work, school, and everyday life can make coping at home feel challenging at times. That’s why we’re excited to host a special event for families with children in 3rd grade and up. Join us for an engaging and informative session with licensed counselors, where we’ll dive into key mental health topics, learn how to talk about mental health using the right language, discover practical coping strategies, and gather tools to support the well-being of every family member. Children, teens, parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and close friends-all communities of support are welcome as we take this time to learn together.

As far as what to expect for the event, there will be a time for eating dinner and a large group introduction time. Following this, the counselors will facilitate breakouts groups for adults/parents/caregivers, teens, and children.

This event is free and open to the community.

Please RSVP so we can know how much food to prepare.
